At CoffeeAM, we strive for complete satisfaction with every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on non-perishable items and select coffee orders.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our team within 30 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals remain intact for coffee and tea products to qualify for a refund.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit minus any applicable shipping fees within 5-7 business days.
